Lance Armstrong"s exposure as one of sport"s most prolific cheaters has shocked many. What has shocked, aside from the stark facts from the USADA report on doping in cycling, is how Armstrong convinced so many for so long that he was clean.

The following video is from 2007 (entitled -"Lance Armstrong-How can we prevent doping in sports?") and shows Armstrong discussing, at length, doping in cycling and ways to beat it. By that stage Armstrogn had won seven Tour de France titles through an elaborate, constant doping scheme. It"s an interesting watch in hindsight, as Amrstrong comes across as convincing in his claim that he hadn"t, and wouldn"t, dope.
