The disgraced cyclist's told Oprah Winfrey he "didn't think it was possible" to achieve what he did without taking drugs.
He says he used a cocktail of blood transfusions, testosterone and EPO.
He's also told Oprah that he doesn't believe it would have been possible to win without cheating.
The disgraced cyclist said at the time he didn't think he was cheating, and viewed it as a level playing field.
His interview was broadcast on the Oprah Winfrey Network overnight.
Armstrong's apologised, and admitted being a bully, but denied ordering other members of his team to dope.
