There was a dramatic ending to the Cheltenham Gold Cup as Lord Windemere won the day's big race in a thrilling photo finish.

However, the victory was only confirmed following a televised stewards enquiry after question marks were raised over interference from the 20/1 winner.

Lord Windermere appeared to drift into the racing path of his rival over the closing stages.

The Jim Culloty-trained horse, ridden by Davy Russell, outlasted On His Own, with The Giant Bolster third.
