The Paralympics are now under one year away and the Rio 2016 Organising Committee have released an excellent video ahead of the Competitions. 

The video features three Brazilian Paralympic athletes who exercise in gyms around Rio de Janeiro to the amazement of the people in view.  Athlete Vinicius Rodrigues,  judo player Lucia Teixeira and powerlifter Luciano Dantas all out perform the able bodied athletes training with them.

The video ends with the message; "When you see a Paralympic athlete up close. Words can't explain it"
