England cricketer Stuart Broad pulled off a one in a million shot at Old Trafford earlier today, where England are facing India in day three of the fourth test between the nations.

Slicing the ball towards his face and, somehow, between the visor and peak of his helmet, Broad managed to smash the ball into his own face and, it appears, break his nose.

Broad was taken out of the game after this hit and was then brought to hospital for an x-ray.
