Yesterday, October 28th, marked the tenth anniversary of Savita Halappanavar's death.

Savita was refused an abortion at University Hospital Galway in October 2012 despite the fact that she was actively miscarrying.

Since her passing, the 8th amendment has been repealed but there are still huge flaws with abortion services in this country.
