The profit margins of Irish supermarkets have always been classed as top secret but for the first time in recent history, one Irish operator has revealed its profit margins. Joining Mandy to discuss is Mark Paul, Business Affairs Correspondent at the Irish Times.

With the French Presidential elections taking place next April and new challengers emerging in the background causing disruption to the opinion polls, what we might expect in the months to come? Victor Mallet of the Financial Times joined Mandy to discuss.

And, global inflation is a consequence of a strong rebound in demand set against a shortage of supply of many goods. What started out as a niche concern at the beginning of 2021 is now the main economic issue consuming Governments around the world. Oana Peia, Assistant Professor in the School of Economics at University College Dublin joined Mandy to discuss the issue.
