James Lowe has been helping to highlight the relaunch of Rugby Players Ireland and Zurich’s Tackle Your Feelings mental wellbeing app as part of their ‘Take Control’ campaign. The campaign aims to promote a proactive attitude towards mental health and to provide people with the tools to ‘Take Control’ of their mental wellbeing using sport psychology and positive psychology principles.
