Public Services Card unlawful data to be deleted

The Government have been told to delete 'unlawful' data on 3.2 million Irish citizens obtained through the roll out of the Public Services Card.  The investigation conducted by the Data Protection Commission (DPC) also found the card is breaking several aspects of data protection law.
