40 Herbert Park, in Dublin’s Ballsbridge, is a little bit like the house from the Pixar film ‘Up’ in recent times - an old and quaint property trying to resist the tide of modernity all around it. 

As development plans gather pace, the Edwardian house of the curious revolutionary, the self-styled The O’Rahilly, may be in its final weeks. The House was constructed as part of the largest exhibition ever witnessed in Ireland, the enormous 1907 Irish International Fair, but can it survive 2020?
