Today is World Mental Health day and all this week St Patrick’s Mental Health Services have been running the ‘Walk in My Shoes’ campaign.

'Walk in My Shoes' aims to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health by opening conversations and encouraging people to take early action by seeking support and, where needed, professional advice.

Susan was joined by Paul Gilligan, CEO of St Patrick’s Mental Health Services and Nicole Owens, Dublin GAA star and new ambassador for 'Walk In My Shoes' to chat about the initiative and advocating for mental health awareness.
