On March 14th 2017 Captain Dara Fitzpatrick died while on a search and rescue mission on the Irish coastguard helicopter Rescue 116.
Dara’s sister, Niamh Fitzpatrick, joined Susan to talk about the terrible loss of her sister under such tragic circumstances, how she navigated the grieving process and to chat about why she decided to write her new book 'Tell Me The Truth About Loss: A Psychologist’s Personal Story of Loss, Grief and Finding Hope.
