This coming Friday - Good Friday - in Dublin, 'The Good Run' is taking place at St Anne’s park in Raheny to raise awareness about motor neuron disease.

The two women behind the event, Emma and Olivia Tracey - who started the event 5 years ago when their mother, Esther was diagnosed with MND - joined Susan in studio to talk about their mum, her experience dealing with MND, and how they came up with the idea of creating 'The Good Run' to begin with.
