Dublin has moved to level three of Living with Covid 19 - with some extra measures also being implemented.
Home gatherings, organised events, holidays, communions, confirmations, weddings, funerals, and indoor dining are all affected.
People living in Dublin are being told not to leave unless it’s essential while people outside the capital are being asked to stay away.
