Monday was supposed to see thousands of students take their first steps into university life following the most dramatic Leaving Cert in history.

However, as of midnight last night all of the country’s third-level institutions were placed on Level-3 Covid restrictions.

But what does this mean for students up and down the country?

Sean Defoe was joined by Professor Patrick Ryan, Associate Vice President at University Limerick to discuss.
