The largest-ever international study of people with long Covid has identified more than 200 symptoms and prompted researchers to call for a national screening programme. Another large study of patients in UK hospitals (70,000 from over 300 hospitals) found many had kidney damage. To discuss the study further Pat was joined on the show by Dr. Janet Scott, Clinical Lecturer at the Center for Virus Research at the University of Glasgow, and Claire Walsh from Co. Kildare who suffers from long Covid.
