Former Hurling superstar DJ Carey received his sentence on Monday, after defrauding those who trusted him claiming he had cancer. The book follows DJ’s life, from his childhood obsession with hurling, to his GAA career, and his swindling of supporters who believed they were funding lifesaving treatment.
