Rubber necking or stopping to look at a car accident has become a major problem for emergency workers on the M50. Henry McKean spent the day with Keith Kelly, from Kelly Recovery who work on behalf of the M50. They deal with 20 recoveries a day which includes 9 incidents, 2 collisions and 4 breakdowns. Henry came across a rear end collision which make up 70% collisions on the M50.
