Newstalk has learnt that as many as 15% of nursing home staff have refused to take the Covid-19 vaccine to date.

The majority of nursing homes in Ireland have now been vaccinated, with 71,600 staff and residents receiving their first jab.

But our reporter Barry Whyte has been in contact with dozens of nursing home managers and he estimates that while over 95% of residents have taken the vaccine, uptake amongst staff is lower....
