Tomorrow Joe Biden will become the President of the United States of America, in an inauguration ceremony in Washington DC. But the US capital is a city on edge today,  following the riots of January 6th that saw Donald Trump supporters storm the senate and house of representatives. Thousands of national guard troops now guard the city, with warnings of repeated attacks by Trump supporters around tomorrow’s ceremony. Reporter Hannah McCarthy is in Washington and she brings us this report from a city waiting to see what tomorrow will bring
