Supporting Irish businesses is vital this year, so in the lead up to Christmas Newstalk is featuring different local businesses around the country from a variety of sectors with thanks to the Local Enterprise Offices. Pat Kenny chats with Gráinne Mullins of Grá's Chocolates.
Grá Chocolates is located in Co. Galway and uses local sourced ingredients to create their chocolates.
Each of the bonbons sold by Grá are hand painted and take three full days to create.
Once completed, the bonbons are polished to ensure they keep their shine. “There are no shortcuts taken in the process because we know every single step makes a difference in the end.” Owner Gráinne Mullins says.
