In recent weeks if you have walked through Dublin city centre, whether across the Ha’Penny Bridge or under the bridge next to Connolly station, you may have seen a rather unusual sight – dozens of coats on hangers, dangling from the railings, with notes attached to them. 

The rather odd sight is part of a campaign run by one young man from Monaghan, who is on a mission to help the rough sleepers of the capital city as winter draws in.
