Peter Barrett is a Public Health doctor based in the south of the country.

He's raising awareness about the lack of investment in the service, the fact that they don't have consultant contracts and how one year into a pandemic, very little has changed.

He spoke to Kieran about the challenges involved and what would improve the situation.
