Amnesty International has said that Twitter continues to fail women over online violence and abuse.

The online social media platform has implemented just one of ten concrete recommendations the human rights organisation made in a report entitled “Toxic Twitter” which it released two years ago.

Amnesty's Colm O'Gorman talked about the report, as well as his personal experience of abuse, while the Irish Examiner's Aoife Moore told Kieran how abuse she receives is of a different nature to the abuse received by her male colleagues.
