There was a 14.5% increase in the number of complaints lodged about taxi drivers last year. That's according to new stats from the NTA. 

Complaints ranged from taxis being ‘absolutely filthy’ to a complaint about a driver who ‘should not be allowed drive a shopping trolley let alone be a taxi driver’.

So, do taxi drivers deserve the complaints against them?

Ivan spoke to Joe Herron, who is President of the Taxi Drivers Federation.
