New figures show the Governments targets for affordable houses between now and 2026 are tiny. Commuter counties like Kildare and Louth are only due to get 45 houses each. And our cities are doing much better - 113 homes will be built in Cork,53 in Limerick and 75 in Galway.

Rory Hearne Assistant Professor of Social Policy at Maynooth University and Thomas Fortune Independent Councillor on Wicklow County Council joined Kieran to discuss the repercussions of the ongoing housing crisis on younger generations who are being priced out of the market.
