Kieran was joined once again by Gavin Dowd for ‘In Our Defence’, as we look at what might seem like a peculiar legal case in history, and we find out the impact it might have had on public life. 

This week, Gavin delved into the case in which David Norris challenged the constitutionality of legislation which criminalised sodomy. He argued that this breached his constitutional right to privacy and that it was discriminatory as the law only applied to males performing sexual acts with other males and not to heterosexual couples...
