A Limerick publican has vowed to reopen on Monday at 11am.

Tthe intended day that publicans were promised that they could reopen on July 29th; but have now been told that they can’t open until August 10th.

The man in question is Gearoid Whelan, who owns Whelan’s pub in west Limerick, and he told Ivan his story.
