Electric Picnic did not get the go-ahead for this year and while our music industry is still picking up the pieces from that decision, 5,000 people a night will attend a series of live gigs taking place up the 200km up the road in Belfast.

Tom Jones takes to the stage at Custom House Square this evening.

Joe Dougan is one of the organisers and joined Kieran on Tuesday's edition of The Hard Shoulder to explain what is happening.
