The Government cannot accelerate Ireland’s infrastructure pipeline through increased investment alone. This is according to the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland (ACEI), which is calling for action in Budget 2027 to address the procurement, contractual and capacity constraints currently slowing delivery.
