A murder inquiry is now underway in Cork after Timothy (Timmy) Hourihane, A homeless man in his 50s, was murdered in a "tented village" on Sunday morning. 

On this evenings Hard Shoulder Ivan was joined  by  Caitriona Twomey Of Cork Penny Dinners to pay tribute to Timothy's life and discuss what action needs to be taken to ensure a tragedy like this does not happen again.
