The Government has won a Dáil vote opposing Sinn Féin's motion to extend the eviction ban. Deputies voted 83 Tá, 68 Níl on the motion.

Neasa Hourigan has been suspended from the Green Party for 15 months after voting against the Government on the eviction ban.
