A deaf couple, both in employment, are facing a €10,000 bill for hearing aids which they were penalised for working and "moving away" from the disability allowance. James Reardon and Ruth McSkane, who have three young children, say they struggle to raise the €10,000 required every five to seven years for new hearing aids…
