Mandatory masks on public transport, as well as airbridges between Ireland and other countries successfully limiting Covid 19 infections are two of the subjects being discussed by cabinet at the moment- quite possibly the last cabinet of this government.

But can Irish people change their habits on public transport in a way that anecdotal evidence suggest they haven’t?

On Thursday's edition of the Hard Shoulder, Pat Dawson of the Irish Travel Agents Association, Brendan Kelly, professor of Psychiatry at Trinity College Dublin and John Litchfield, journalist based in France, all gave their reaction.
