Forty-seven people in Dublin and eight in Cork were arrested for public order offences over the bank holiday weekend. Would introducing designated areas for public drinking help us regain control of outdoor socialising?  To discuss this further we were joined on the show by Alan Cheevers, Fianna Fáil Councillor for Galway City East.
