The government should open outdoor service for all venues in six weeks’ time.  That’s the view of the Licensed Vintners Association, who are calling on the government to announce their reopening plans following the publication of Northern Ireland’s reopening plan yesterday.  Donall O’Keeffe is Chief Executive of the Licensed Vinters Association spoke to us this morning.
