It’s the final countdown for foreign forces leaving Afghanistan but “deep concern” remains for the 60 or so Irish citizens and their families who remain trapped in the Taliban stronghold. Omid Ahmadi, is stuck in Kabul with his wife and two daughters – all of whom are Irish citizens and he joined us this morning from Kabul to tell us how he and family are trying to get home to Ireland.
