Night-time water restrictions are being introduced in some parts of the country because of high demand. The areas affected include County Kerry, Portlaoise, and parts of North County Dublin where residents and businesses will experience reductions in pressure. We spoke to Head of Operations at Irish Water Tom Cuddy who outlined why the restrictions were necessary.
