'Upskirting' Is Now a Criminal Offence in the UK - Time For Ireland To Follow?

Upskirting, the term used for taking an unsolicited image up a woman’s skirt has been made a criminal and sexual offence in England and Wales.  

Offenders could face up to two years in jail and be put on the sex offenders’ register. 

We spoke to 25 year old Gina Martin who was the driving force behind the legislation in the UK and then asked the CEO of Dublin Rape Crisis Centre Noeline Blackwell is it time to follow suit in Ireland?
