The RSA has confirmed that it would take 20 weeks to clear the driving test backlog that has built up due to Covid. In a briefing note to the Oireachtas, it was also revealed that another 80,000 people are waiting on a driver theory test. For more on this we were joined by Emer Higgins Fine Gael TD.
