The National Broadband Plan is falling far short of its targets despite recent assurances the rollout was on schedule. The company confirmed that just four thousand homes have been reached so far this year out of a target of one hundred and fifteen thousand.  To discuss this further we spoke to Seamus Boland, CEO of Irish Rural Link.
