Ireland could be on the path to a "return to normality" thanks to the Covid-19 vaccination programme. HSE chiefs have hailed the Irish public's remarkable take-up of the jab for the roll-out's success. 71 percent of all Irish adults are now fully vaccinated against the virus, with 86 percent partially vaccinated.
