There are five major measures needed to cut greenhouse gas emissions in the energy system in order to meet carbon budget obligations this decade.  

So says Professor in Sustainable Energy at the School of Engineering in University College Cork, Hannah Daly who talked to Newstalk Breakfast this morning.
