Irish Water has said that the only viable option to keep drinking water flowing in Dublin and large parts of the east and midlands is to fund a controversial pipeline from the River Shannon in County Tipperary. The details are outlined in a plan published today. With reaction to this Shane spoke to Emma Kennedy, lawyer, financial analyst & founder of Kennedy Analysis.
