A number of senior higher court judges have argued against the proposed new guidelines that would see a significant reduction in personal injury awards. That’s according to reports in this morning’s Irish Times.  For more on this story we heard from Stuart Gilhooly, Solicitor and Immediate Past President of the Law Society of Ireland.
