Ireland and other EU countries will join a call with French President Emmanuel Macron to discuss a coordinated approach on banning social ⁠media for minors. It comes as European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has said that the EU's age verification app for online platforms is ‌ready and will soon be available to use.
