Five local authorities in England have banned pavement smoking outside pubs, restaurants, and cafes, as part of a push to become smoke-free by 2030. With Irish hospitality reopening this weekend is now the time to follow suit? To discuss further we were joined on the show this morning by Professor Luke Clancy Director-General of the Tobacco-Free Institute.
