A fitness expert has said primary schoolchildren should carry a health passport to monitor risks of diabetes and obesity.   Dr Niall Moyna, professor of human performance at DCU, warned pandemic lockdowns have impacted kids’ fitness levels but it’s not too late to reverse the damage.
