It's nearly that time of year again, the clocks will go back by an hour on the 26th of October, marking the end of daylight savings.  

Talks of abolishing clock changes are back on the agenda at the European Parliament.  So, is it time to do it?  Ciara discussed further with Sean Kelly, Fine Gael MEP & Denis Drennan, President of the Irish Creamery Milk Suppliers Association.
