Environment Minister Eamon Ryan has confirmed a number of regional towns in the west are included in the so-called “smoky coal ban” from September 1 with a full ban nationwide during the lifetime of the current Government.  For more on this we were joined by Danny Healy Rae, Independent TD for Kerry.
